A momentous occasion unfolded at the Main Hall of Department of Applied Linguistics on Wednesday, January 3, 2024 as we celebrated the success of ICLAP(13 to 15 Dec, 2023) with the Certificate Distribution Ceremony for the students. The event marked a significant milestone for the students who successfully participated the ICLAP, equipping themselves with valuable skills and knowledge.

The atmosphere crackled with excitement as proud graduates, along with their friends, eagerly awaited the commencement of the ceremony. HOD and Dean faculty of Arts and Social sciences Prof Dr. Asim Mehmood graced the occasion as the chief guest, accompanied by a distinguished panel of faculty members.

The ceremony commenced with a recitation of the Holy Quran by Ayesha Rana and then naat by Shahvaiz , followed by a welcome address by HOD. In his speech, he lauded the program’s significance and commended the participants for their dedication and perseverance. He highlighted the importance of lifelong learning and encouraged the graduates to leverage their acquired skills to excel in their chosen fields. LMS team clicked photographs of the students as they received their certificates from the esteemed faculty members. This further boosted student’s morals for active participation in upcoming events.

The highlight of the event was the certificate distribution ceremony. HOD Prof Dr. Asim Mehmood, along with the faculty members, personally presented certificates to each graduate. The expressions of pride and accomplishment on the recipients’ faces were a testament to the program’s transformative impact.
